Where can you ship your wines?

Due to the patchwork of state shipping laws, we have to navigate a few boundaries. Currently, we can ship our bottles directly to cellars in all U.S. states except IN, ME, MS, NH, NJ, RI, UT, and WV. Some localized restrictions also apply to AL, DE, LA, and WY.
Federal and State laws require someone 21 years of age or older to sign for the package at delivery.

Can I pick up my online order at the tasting room?

Absolutely. We love welcoming guests to the estate. To arrange a pickup, just place your order via phone or email. Please allow 72 hours between placing your order and driving out to the tasting room so we can have your bottles perfectly packed and waiting for you.

How is my wine protected from extreme weather?

Wine is a living thing, and extreme heat or freezing cold during transit can easily compromise its integrity. Because we refuse to let a volatile weather week ruin years of careful crafting, we closely monitor temperatures along the shipping routes. If it's too hot or cold to travel safely, we will hold your order in our temperature-controlled cellar until conditions clear. We'll notify you immediately of any weather holds and send tracking information the moment it's safe to journey.

How do I choose a wine without being able to taste it first?

We want you to feel confident in what you're putting into your cellar. If you are trying to match a specific flavor profile, planning a dinner menu, or choosing between vintages, give us a call at 503-537-3070. We love talking shop and can walk you through the nuances of our current lineup to find your perfect match.

When will my order arrive?

Once processed, orders generally ship within 1-2 business days (we do not ship same-day). UPS is our primary carrier. On occasion, during volatile weather windows, we may utilize FedEx for specialized climate-conscious routing, which requires an additional day of processing on our end.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Once a shipment leaves the winery, its timeline is in the hands of the courier. While we can't guarantee a specific hour of delivery, we will provide full tracking details so you can monitor its progress and anticipate its arrival.

Will I need to sign for my wine when it arrives?

Yes. Federal and state laws strictly require an adult signature from someone 21 or older upon delivery for all wine shipments. Couriers cannot leave wine packages on a doorstep, so we highly recommend shipping to a business address if you are rarely home during the day.

What is your return policy?

We take immense pride in the quality of our wine. Because wine is subject to personal taste and individual palate preferences, we handle refunds and replacements on a careful, case-by-case basis. If you believe a bottle is genuinely flawed or was damaged en route, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your wine. To honor a return, bottles must be unopened and shipped back to us using a weather-safe method to preserve the liquid inside.
