2021 Old Vine Reserve
Our flagship Pinot Noir.
Crafted from the absolute finest, low-yield fruit of our oldest vines, this Reserve is the
definitive expression of our estate. A meticulous blend of heritage Pommard
and Dijon clones, the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 24 months in
100% French oak. It unfolds with deep, concentrated dark fruit, striking a
flawless balance between old-vine complexity and effortlessly silky tannins.
"Fresh, clean aromas of red raspberries, hyacinth and mint are accented by a touch of earthiness. The fruit is darker and richer on the palate, with ripe blackberries doing a little jig with lemon zest and the salinity of an ocean breeze. Juicy acidity, with silky tannins and a crisp texture."
2023 Barrel Select
This Barrel Select represents the peak of a remarkably ripe vintage. Striking a perfect balance between fruit and shadow, the Dijon 115 clone is elevated by 24 months of quiet maturation in 100% French oak. It opens with rich, concentrated black cherry and currant, unfolding beautifully into a long, resonant finish.
"A perfume of rosehips tea and violets melds beautifully with aromas of of Rainier cherries and yeasty sourdough bread. The seamless Barrel select displays almost perfect balance between restrained alcohol, gentle acidity, velvety tannins and fruit. The primary fruit flavor is macerated strawberries, which are flanked by bursts of green tea, saline and nori."
2022 Old Vine Reserve
Rooted in our estate's history, this Reserve is a masterful, wild-fermented blend of Dijon 115, Pommard, and Dijon 777. Guided by indigenous yeasts and shaped by twenty-four months in 100% French oak, this old-vine bottling captures a rare depth of character. Rich, concentrated dark fruit notes intertwine with remarkably silky tannins, offering a profound sense of place and a beautifully structured finish.
Ripe strawberries covered in dark chocolate are the kind of aromas that announce decadence without guilt. That theme doesn't end on the palate, as ripe blackberry, black-tea and bittersweet dark-chocolate flavors match up with nice acidity and sturdy enough tannins. This has an elegant texture that I was not expecting.
2022 Barrel Select
Born from a remarkably intense, sun-drenched vintage, this 2022 Barrel Select is a singular, deep expression of pure Dijon 115 clone Pinot Noir. Twenty-four months of patient maturation in French oak has shaped a luscious, shadow-kissed profile where vibrant black cherry and deep currant layers seamlessly yield to a sophisticated, lingering finish that resonates long after the last sip.
Cassis and forest floor aromas that include pine needles, duff and dried leaves mix with violets and the saline of a fresh-shucked oyster shell lining. Elevated acidity and velvety tannins support the wine's black cherry compote, cayenne and bittersweet dark chocolate flavors. With a texture as plush as an angora sweater, this wine is a pleasure to sip slowly.
2023 Dijon 777
A remarkably full-bodied expression, this 2023 bottling showcases the untamed depth of the Dijon 777 clone. The palate is packed with concentrated layers of ripe black cherry, dried currant, and a striking hint of dark chocolate. Having matured for twenty-four months in 100% French oak, its structure is defined by velvety, ultra-smooth tannins that carry the wine's powerful fruit profile to a seamless, elegant conclusion.
I love a Pinot Noir with bright fruit, tangy acidity and is light on its feet. The Kason Dijon 777 ticks all the boxes for me. The wine is packed with aromas and flavors of red cherries, dark chocolate, pine needles and cedar. Its acidity makes the mouth water, its tannins are fine-grained and unobtrusive. This ethereal sipping experience is just fine by itself, or perhaps served while listening to a favorite sympony recording.
2022 Pommard
This 2022 bottling captures Pommard at its most alluring. Strikingly dark and fruit-forward, the palate opens with an opulent blend of black raspberry, preserved plum, and deep currant. Anchored by 24 months of French oak aging, its structure is pure velvet - allowing the rich, seamless tannins to dissolve into a powerful, elegant finish.
A perfume of blackberries, mint and baby powder greets the nose first, followed by flavors like blackcap raspberries, roasted mushrooms and coffee. The wine's lean texture and silky tannins are overshadowed by a dazzling display of acidity. Pour this wine and let it cut through your favorite fatty dish like a laser beam. — Michael Alberty
Utilizing Dijon 76 clones, our Chardonnay is fermented in neutral oak. This allows the wine to develop a luxurious texture without overshadowing the grape's natural delicacy and cool-climate crispness.
Our limited-production Rosé is crafted from estate Pinot Noir fruit, picked early to maintain vibrant acidity. Expect notes of wild strawberry, rose petal, and a refreshing, bone-dry finish.

2025 Chardonnay
Both radiant and refined, this 2025 Chardonnay opens with an elegant bouquet of orchard-ripe pear, fresh fig, and a bright halo of citrus and green apple. On the palate, a harmonious depth unfolds - weaving vibrant acidity and rich texture into a complex, multi-dimensional finish that lingers with effortless grace.
"This tasty Kason Chardonnay should go marching along into your refrigerator, cellar and mouth. The wine's aromatics are a mix of pears and a spicy herbal mix of thyme and green peppers. 2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir
Estate grown, produced, and bottled, this 100% Pinot Noir Rosé is whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel. It boasts enticing aromas of ripe red berry, crushed herb, and delicate brioche. The bright, tangy palate delivers notes of red cherry, pomegranate, and juicy nectarine, beautifully balanced by a vibrant acidity. Limited production of 120 cases.
